Zana Osborne

MATOAKA – Zana Gail Osborne, 62, of Matoaka, died Friday, February 12, 2021. Born June 11, 1958 in Richlands, VA, she was the daughter of the late Paul Richard Weese and Florence Gross Weese. Mrs. Osborne was a member of Bible Way Church in Jesus Name in Raven, Virginia. She enjoyed crafts and crocheting and loved her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Osborne; one son, Virgil Osborne; two brothers, Donald Weese and Bernard Weese; and two sisters, June Nicholson and Becky Mitchem. Survivors include one son, Devin Osborne and wife Angela of Matoaka; five brothers, Rex Weese of Hiawatha, Paul Chapman Weese and wife Jean of Hiawatha, Timmy Weese and wife Susan of Lake Bottom, Marvin Weis of Hiawatha and Benny Weese and wife Debbie of Matoaka; two sisters, Carolyn Asbury and husband Tommy of Springton and Lucy Laxton of Kegley; and six grandchildren, Logan, Mercedes, Brianna, Wade, Alyssa and Lillian. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 2021 at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Dannie Short officiating. Interment will follow Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
