Judy Ramsey

ROCK – Judith Carol Ramsey, 76, of Rock, died Saturday, January 15, 2022. Born March 12, 1945 in Hiawatha, she was the daughter of the late Willie Charles Gray and Edna Virginia Siner Gray. Judy enjoyed decorating her home for the seasons and liked to watch television. She loved spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Via; brother, Kenneth Gray; daughter, Teresa Carden; sister, Nancy Stables; and grandson, Dalton Ramsey. Survivors include former husband, Elmer “Fudge” Ramsey of Wyoming County; children, Christopher Via and wife Teresa of Lake Bottom, Kevin Ramsey and wife Mona of Princeton, Tina Walker and husband David of Lake Bottom and Steven Ramsey of Lashmeet; sister, Kathy Shrewsbury and husband Freddy of Lashmeet; grandchildren, Christol Boyles, Lilly, Zeke and Isaiah Via, Lacy Carden, Amanda Slone, Jessica Greene, Bobby, Jimmy, Aaron and Stacey Ramsey, Brittany Ramsey and Selena, Walker, Megan and Cheyenne Ramsey; and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Tracy Slone officiating. Interment will follow at the McComas-Crotty Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends Friday, January 21, 2022 from noon until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
