SOPHIA - Jimmy Gordon Coffee, 68, of Sophia, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 in Beckley. He fought a courageous battle with cancer and heart disease. He was born in Bud to Buck Jr. and Helen Angle Coffee. He was a Master Sheet Metal Fabricator. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed the simple things in life. His love of life didn’t come to an end with his passing. His family will continue his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Jimmy had a big personality and a laughter that was contagious. His family and friends will forever cherish his memory. He had a personal relationship with his Heavenly Father. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a beloved brother, Buck Coffee III. Survivors include his high school sweetheart, soulmate and loving wife of 28 years, Sharon Lester Coffee; bonus daughter, Samantha Andrada; grandsons, Alex and Miles; godson, Josh Bennett; aunt, Phyllis Casto; brother, William Coffee; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with Pastor P.J. Moon officiating.
