LASHMEET – Deborah Lynn Carden, 64 of Lashmeet died Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Born July 31, 1956 in Pineville she was the daughter of the late Willard Harvey Ramsey and Iris Jo “Sue” Ramsey. Deborah attended Matoaka High School and was a former beautician. She was a loving wife, mother and mimi. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, William Gary Carden; daughters, Donna Johnson and husband Chad of Kegley, Holly Meadows of Princeton and Amy Keaton of Lashmeet; grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Joelie Meadows, Allie Whittaker and Colton Keaton; brother, Willard Ramsey and wife Hilda; sisters, Beverly Pacitto and husband James, Cindy Roberts, Sandra Cecil and husband Timmy and Doris White; sisters-in-law, Marsha Midkiff and husband John and Zelda Meadows and husband Dennis and brother-in-law, Ronald Carden. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home with Pastor Willard Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Family will serve as pallbearers. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
