Eunice Cline

LEWISVILLE, NC – Eunice Taylor Cline, 70, of Lewisville, NC, formerly of Princeton, WV, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2011 in Winston-Salem with her loving family by her side. Her battle with cancer was lengthy but she showed both strength and grace. Eunice was born October 18, 1941 in Rock, WV. She was the daughter of the late Gordon and Nancy Grose Taylor. Eunice was a ray of sunshine whose light was brightest when she volunteered and interacted with children. She was a Den Mother and actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America when her sons were children. She served on the PTA of nine different schools and was a proud lifetime member of the organization. She was a devoted mother, with a generous spirit, that loved her family. She was an employee of Magnum Car Wash where she never met a stranger and always made everyone feel welcome. She was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church in Clemmons, NC. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Betty Joseph and two brothers, Ed Collier and Leonard Taylor. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 49 years, Terry Cline; three sons, David Cline and wife Kathy of Blue Ridge, TX, Robert Cline of Georgia and Fred Cline and wife Tara of Colorado Springs, CO; one daughter, Teresa Kennedy and Marc Yost of Lewisville, NC; 9 grandchildren, Preston, Jasmine, Kristin, Nina, Lauren, Samantha, Sydney, Shelby and Hannah; one great grandchild, Landon; twelve sisters and brothers, Edna Rogers of Princeton, Shirley Fletcher of Princeton, Jettie Burkett of Princeton, David Taylor and wife Ada of Goldsboro, NC, Pattie Thomason and husband Marshall of Cartersville, GA, Carl Taylor and wife Gerry of Advance, NC, Owen Taylor and wife Letha of Cedar Bluff, VA, Billy Taylor and wife Joyce of Winston-Salem, NC, Bobby Taylor of Princeton, Fritz Taylor and wife Nita of Princeton, Ted Collier and wife Rita of Bethlehem, PA and Barbara Schiffer and husband Mike of Cape Coral, FL. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel of the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton, WV with Rev. Josh Hill officiating. Following the service the body will be cremated.
