Danni Harvey

PRINCETON - Danni Lynn Harvey, 64, of Princeton, left the earthly realm on Thursday, April 1, 2021, after 10 months of living with lung cancer. She was born November 23, 1957, on the cusp of Sagittarius and Scorpio, in El Paso, Texas, to the late Bill and Elitha Harvey. It snowed on the day she was born and the day she died. A force of nature, Danni (or “Danna,” or “Tori,”) both loved and fought fiercely. She was a free spirit who said she could be a hermit but could talk to anyone. She loved animals, traveling, drawing, painting, gardening, reading, writing, and crocheting. In June 2020, she founded a Facebook group called 5D Awakening Lifestyle, a group for spiritual awareness, where she had many friends from all over the world who loved her dearly. Danni has joined her mother and father, William and Elitha Harvey; sister, Patricia Goodman; and nephews John Anderson and Jacob Goodman in the afterlife, where they are probably all sitting around swapping funny stories of numerous family reunions and get-togethers. Among those who remain here to honor her memory are her life partner and heart husband, Bear Delhotal; daughters, Leah Connelly Felton and Kenzie Leffingwell; sons, Matthew Connelly, Michael Connelly, William Watson and future daughter-in-law Dallas; grandchildren, Wyatt, Zayden, Maddex, and Asher; sister, Anita Harvey Anderson; brother, Jeff Harvey and sister-in-law Krista; nieces, Rachel, Courtney, Kylea and Jaylynn; nephew Trevor; great-nephew Dean; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Jeff Kanode officiating. In lieu of a burial, per her wishes, Danni will be cremated after the service and her ashes taken to some of the special places she visited in her life, as well as Mt. Zion cemetery in Elgood where the rest of the Harvey family is buried. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
